Refund Policy

 

MELO handmades cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind due to the nature of the product. If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package at melo.handmades[at]gmail[dot]com with the photograph(s) and your order number. Your requests will be assessed and considered on our discretion before a refund is provided.

To complete your request, we will require a receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Please note that we will not issue a refund without this proof of purchase. You may be required to return the item to receive a refund. All returned items must be in brand new condition: unused and unworn, with the original packaging. MELO handmades reserves the right to reject items that do not fit into these standards.
